Don't be fooled by the perfect for contractors description as this house can suit anyone. The photos don't really do it justice as it is massive inside with huge bedrooms good bathrooms and spacious lounge plus dining room. The kitchen also has everything required to cook/ prepare meals plus plenty of parking on the streets.

Great apartment, everything you could need, Had an issue with heating that was completely out of the hosts control as it was due to the utility company but thru did all they could to get this resolved quickly and dropped off extra heaters till resolved, would definitely stay again

Lovely apartment has every we need, easy check-in, great location, very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend. Excellence hosts! friendly and great communication. They specially arranged a lot of items for us to prepare to Quarantine for 10 days needs. During the stay, the building buzzer and hot water pressure have suddenly issue, they give full help and quick to fix it. And, thanks to them for providing a lot of advice and assistance to us to settle in here.

Check in was simple with clear and concise instructions from the hosts. The hosts were easily contactable and very helpful The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean and again has everything you needed. I would recommend to anyone, it is a lovely place

Great 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Preston. Apartment is keeped at a very high standard and very thing a fully furnished apartment should have is present and more. Both hosts could not have been anymore friendly or helpful and this made our stay very welcome. This property is highly recommended. Regards Gary

Very warm cosy place, big comfy bed and has everything you need. It was very clean and communication with Jeff and Keiran was very easy and good. They gave me local tips and were very kind. Can definitely recommend!

The host is super helpful, responsive & accomodating. The Flat has everything you need from toiletries to kitchen equipment! Self check in process is easy thanks to the useful & detailed information pack prior. A very comfortable, modern and clean place. The balcony and WiFi boosters an added bonus. I can highly recommend this hidden gem 💎🌟

Comfortable space, easy walking distance of the train station and town centre with local shops and cafes nearby so good for self catering or eating out. We enjoyed our stay.
