House Rules 1. Pre-Check-In Process: All guests are required to complete a pre-check-in process within 24 hours of booking (or immediately for last-minute bookings). This process includes: a) Uploading a valid photo government ID b) Providing a credit card for a security deposit hold in the sum of £200 c) Submitting a live selfie for verification A link to complete this process will be sent to you via the Airbnb messaging portal. Failure to complete the pre-check-in process will result in cancellation of your reservation. 2. Security and ID Verification: For the safety and security of all guests, we strictly enforce our pre-check-in requirements. Only verified guests may access the property. 3. No Unauthorised Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Please ensure your booking accurately reflects the number of guests staying. 4. No Parties, Events or Gatherings: We have a strict no-party policy. Unapproved gatherings, loud activities, and disruptive behaviour are not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the booking. All noise is to be kept to a minimum during your stay to ensure there are no complaints made by the neighbours. Since this is a residential area, please keep noise to a minimum at night (after 9pm). 5. No Drugs or Illegal Activities: The use of drugs or any illegal activities on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate cancellation of the stay and involvement of local authorities if necessary. 6. Waste Disposal & Sustainability: We are committed to sustainability and require all guests to: a) Use the appropriate coloured wheelie bins for recycling and waste disposal to avoid refusal of bin collection. More information on bin usage is provided in our digital guidebook. b) Take out the wheelie bins each Wednesday afternoon or evening and bring them back in each Thursday. c) Remove all rubbish from the property and dispose of it in the appropriate wheelie bins before check-out. 7. Quiet Hours and Respect for Neighbours: Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 8. Strictly no visitors are allowed at the property without our prior consent and no additional guests are to stay overnight at the property. If this rule is breached, we reserve the right to cancel you reservation immediately and not provide a refund. 9. Please empty all bins from all rooms upon your departure and dispose of all of your rubbish and food etc to the wheelie bins in the backyard. 10. Please remove shoes before entering the property. 11. Please turn off all lights and radiators prior to your departure. Please do not leave anything plugged in ie iron etc. 12. Please DO NOT flush anything in the toilets apart from toilet paper. Chorley is a market town in Lancashire, England,8.1 miles (13 km) north of Wigan, 10.8 miles (17 km) south west of Blackburn, 11 miles (18 km) north west of Bolton, 12 miles (19 km) south of Preston and 19.5 miles (31 km) north west of Manchester. The town's wealth came principally from the cotton industry. Comfortable space, easy walking distance of the train station and town centre with local shops and cafes nearby so good for self catering or eating out. We enjoyed our stay.
